PUNCTUALITY

We strive to be on time for each and every guest. If we are running significantly behind, we will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. Any guest arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or alter their service so as not to impact the timing of other scheduled appointments.

CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS

Clients who do not call, do not show up or forget appointments will result in a fee of 100% of the missed service total before their next appointment is booked. We understand that emergencies in life can arise and with those rare occasions, we will handle each on a case-by-case basis.

Illness

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to get you in as soon as possible. If you do not reschedule ahead of time you may be asked to reschedule at your appointment. We have clients that have low immune systems that lingering sickness can be very dangerous for them. Unfortunately, being self employed also means there are no sick or vacation days to recover with for myself. Instead, it leaves me trying to find openings for the many clients I had to reschedule that day. In this case, sharing is not caring-don't spread your germs.
