Your first visit with me...

I can't wait to meet you!  The experience starts when you use the online booking system below.  Your appointment request will be received by our team and you'll receive an appointment itinerary message letting you know the service requested and the times of the service(s). Three days before your appointment, you will receive an appointment confirmation via text and 24 hours before your confirmation, you will get a reminder text. Remember, these are sent by the appointment booking system and cannot be replied to except with a "C" to confirm your appointment. Next, you'll arrive and I'll show you around my salon. I will then walk you through a detailed consultation process. We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a long term plan to ensure all of your goals are met.

Since you're here for color, we will start with a cut first!  I will create a cut perfect for your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals. I will use Head Shape Matters, a patented haircutting system to give you a custom tailored haircut to your head shape. After the cut portion of your appointment, I will clarify and condition your hair. then we'll move on to your color. A formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our computerized database so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit. I have a wide array of amenities to keep you feeling completely comfortable as your color processes. Then we will shampoo and condition your hair using a luxurious scalp massage before moving on to the blow dry. Styling tips and tricks are always shared and extended styling lessons are always available if you want to learn fun curling techniques.

Also, please note that I'm only taking new appointment requests for guests booking color services as of this time. I am a natural color specialist and due to high demand and the new requirements put into place by Covid 19, I don't have the space on my books for haircuts that aren't accompanied by a color service.

Service Redo: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
Future appointment cancellation policy: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you not show up or call 100% of the missed service charge will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
